Terms and conditions

By purchasing tickets to any of our events you agree to the following:

​

Strictly no admittance to any persons under the age of 18 years unless express permission has been sought from haunted uk prior to purchase.

​

strictly no alcohol or drugs to be consumed during the event, any guest thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be ejected immediately with no refund

​

a reasonable standard of behaviour is expected of all parties at all times, this includes guests and staff alike. Purposeful disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in ejection from the event if continued disruption occurs. No refund will be given.

​

Trickery, fakery and falsification of evidence will not be tolerated by any party, we aim to investigate the true nature of the paranormal

​

Respect all beliefs be they religious, cultural or spiritual we all have our own opinions and are entitled to believe as we wish. There is no room for discrimination on our events.

​

discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated. At haunted uk we believe in equal oppertunities for ALL

​

haunted uk cannot accept liability for any injury, loss or damage caused by paranormal activity. furthermore we also do not promise activity on the night, whilst we do our very best to showcase paranormal activity it does not always happen.

​

any persons with medical conditions or disability is advised to contact haunted uk prior to booking. whilst we do our best to accomodate everyone some locations are just not suitable for people with certain conditions. unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund if you book without first checking the location is suitable.

​

haunted uk reserve the right  to cancel an event for any reason at any time however as much notice as possible will be given. you will have the option of a full refund or transferring to another date/location. Haunted uk will accept no further liability.

​

Payment for any event is to be made no later than 2 weeks prior to the event, if a deposit option is available the full balance must be paid by no later than 2 weeks prior to the event also. if this does not occur haunted uk reserve the right to re sell your space and a refund of the deposit may not be given.

​

cancellations by you must be made no later than 2 weeks prior to the event, refunds will be dealt with on a person to person basis owing to circumstance.

​

haunted uk cannot accept liability for any personal loss or damages during the course of the event.

​

parking at locations is not always provided, some locations do not have the facilities and cars are left at the owners risk when attending any event regardless of on or off site parking.

​

it is not recommeded that any heavily pregnant persons book onto our events due to the nature of the locations and what the night may entail. 

​

Please remember that whilst we aim to provide the best experience possible and are fully covered by public liability insurance all guests book onto our events at their own risk.

the event

your event will usually start at either 8pm or 9pm but some locations may be different, make sure to check your tickets for arrival times.

​

on arrival you will be shown to the base room by a member of staff where you will have a selection of hot and cold drinks as well as snacks.

​

a member of staff will give an introduction talk and take any questions you may have.

​

we will begin our first vigil for approximately 90 minutes and then return to the base room for a break of around half an hour.

​

The next vigil will commence for another 90 minutes.

​

depending on location we may also be able to include an element of free reign investigating, time permitting.

​

about 15 minutes before the end of the night we will return to the base room to have a quick roundup and a hot drink before heading home for the night.

​

the above is a rough guide on how the night will go but not necessarily a completely fixed arrangement, we can adapt and change to go with the flow of the night.

​

please remember to bring a torch as we conduct much of the investigation in darkness.

​

robust footwear is a must as most locations will have an element of uneaven ground, stairs to climb etc.

​

sensible and warm clothing is advised, even in summer it is a good idea to bring a coat as some of the locations can still get quite cold in the early hours.

​

dont forget to bring any medications you may require for the duration of the evening.

​

upon leaving please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
